Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund any time before pre-orders close. Once the window closes, orders go into production and can’t be canceled.
Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@merchouse.co within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible, at no cost to you.
Exchanges: We print only what’s ordered, so we can’t guarantee extra sizes. If spare stock is available, we’re happy to help with a size swap. Just reach out.
